Defending 2010 Copper Chef winner Addam Buzzalini (Maynards Market) and Ryan each presented four dishes, each incorporating the 'secret' Certified Angus BeefTM - short loin cut - and the second 'secret' ingredient - lobster mushrooms. Chef Clark's dishes, impressing the judges in all categories (originality, taste, technique, preparation and presentation), will appear as "Copper Chef Specials" on the dinner menu at Lodge on the Desert during the weeks of November 3 - 27.
