Tucson Meeting Rooms
Lodge on the Desert on Alvernon Way in mid-town Tucson is a unique and charming setting for small to mid-size business meetings, executive retreats and social events. Unlike larger, conference center-sized space and layouts, the historic Catalina Room, Fireplace Room and Chef's Table located near to or within the Lodge restaurant offer easy access and comfortable, private non-smoking event space with natural light. Additionally, Catalina and Fireplace boast distinctively authentic hacienda-style fireplaces which serve as dramatic event room focal points. And old style French doors offer direct access to peaceful outdoor settings and views of the distant Santa Catalina mountain range. There exist no more authentic meeting room environments in Tucson. Wireless high speed Internet access and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment are also available. These event rooms can accommodate up to 75 guests.
Event spaces debuting in 2009 were the Palm Room (the largest indoor event room) and Palm Lawn. In the Hacienda itself are located the Library and Board Room...ideal for intimate receptions and small conference-style meetings. Hacienda Lawn (located North of the Hacienda) is well suited for outdoor group meal events. And the Pool deck surrounding the corner gas fireplace is a desirable spot for an evening gathering of 30 or so. These additions offer several new looks and options for events of all sizes -- from 8 up to 175.

The inaugural meeting of the NPCA Southwest Advisory Council was a huge success, and the efforts of you and your staff was certainly a contributing factor. Everyone was impressed by the Lodge of the Desert’s property and service. A couple of our members told me they planned to come back to the Lodge on the Desert (one person couldn't believe she could bring her dog…). I personally want to thank you for the time you spent with me to plan and implement our stay.
