Executive Chef Miguel Angel Heredia

A native of Tucson, Arizona, Miguel's first memories were of watching his mother make wedding cakes. He quickly fell in love with cooking and started helping his mother in the kitchen. If Miguel is not in the kitchen, you can find him in nature hiking, camping, and enjoying the great outdoors. He believes in nature and keeping it simple, letting the beautiful and fresh product speak for itself.

Chef Miguel's experience includes 20 years in the industry. He graduated from culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, where he was top of his class.

Miguel's deep appreciation and passion for making great food began to develop. He was exposed to a variety of different cuisines, including French, Asian, and Southwest cooking. His love for food is driven by making outstanding meals that bring family and friends together and create emotional connections.
